Role : Agile Project Manager / Senior Scrum Master
Location : Remote (East Coast candidates preferred)
Duration: 9 months, with possible extension
Job Type: Contract
We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong Project Management skills to lead Agile teams and manage technology delivery initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- 14+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Experience managing multiple Agile teams, dependencies, releases, risks, and project timelines
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps is preferred
- PMP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe certifications are a plus
Candidates with experience in Cloud, Data, Analytics, Cybersecurity, Banking, Healthcare, or Insurance are preferred.
