Job Title: Lead Fullstack .Net Software Engineer
Location: Irving, TX 75063 - 5 days onsite Prefer local candidates
Duration: 12mo + ongoing contract
Interview Process: 2 rounds
The Fullstack Software Engineer will serve as the technical lead for our client's middleware application that connects physical warehouse automation systems to their enterprise ERP platform. Day-to-day this role requires the engineer to be hands-on coding, while also guiding engineering best practices and enforcing clean architecture and SOLID principles. The Lead Engineer will work closely with the Scrum Master/Program Manager, participate in technical standups as the authority on design decisions, and help shape the evolution of the tech stack. This application is largely backend focused, with integrations and production reliability at the core. The engineer will collaborate onsite with cross functional partners to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions in a fast moving, operationally critical environment. The ideal candidate will be technically sound and have great communication and collaboration skills.
Primary requirements/skills:
- 8-10+ years of experience in hands-on fullstack software development
- Well-versed in C# and modern .NET (8+)
- Frontend experience with Angular 17+ and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/Typescript
- Strong understanding of clean architecture and SOLID principles
- Experience designing middleware or integration-heavy systems
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure (AKS, APIM, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, DevOps, App Insights)
- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
- Oracle ERP environment Must have Physical Warehouse Automation System (middleware application equipment to Oracle ERP)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and MongoDB or NoSQL data modeling
- Excellent communication and leadership/mentorship skills
- Really patient, slow, understand concepts (business flow, how devices go through, rules and business logic behind it, production flow)
- NEED strong communication - VPs, sr. managers, directors
- Tech - Javascript! C# ,Net and Golang (moving out of Golang but its presently in there)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education
Plusses:
- Background in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse operations, or industrial automation environments
- Experience with Oracle EDS or ERP integrations
