Title: Palantir Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Palantir Administrator to support the administration, maintenance, security, and optimization of the Palantir platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for platform configuration, user access management, data integrations, environment monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring platform availability for business and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Palantir Foundry/Gotham environments.
  • Configure and manage user roles, permissions, security groups, and access controls.
  • Monitor platform performance, system health, and resource utilization.
  • Support deployment, upgrade, and release management activities within Palantir environments.
  • Manage data onboarding, data pipelines, and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot platform, application, and data-related issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Security teams.
  • Implement governance, auditing, compliance, and data security standards.
  • Automate administrative processes and operational tasks using scripting where applicable.
  • Develop and maintain operational runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge repositories.
  • Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity activities.
  • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem management processes.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience administering Palantir Foundry and/or Palantir Gotham.
  • Strong understanding of platform architecture, security, and access management.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix environments and system administration.
  • Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data governance.
  • Experience with SQL and scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash.
  • Understanding of APIs, data connectors, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Good understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Palantir implementations.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or modern data platforms.
  • Experience in telecom domain environments.
  • Relevant Palantir or cloud certifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years supporting Palantir platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
