Job Summary (QA Automation - DSC)
- Participate in the M&A portal/dashboard initiative for M&T Bank as a QA Automation Engineer.
- Location: Wilmington, DE - Required onsite 4 days/week, 1 day remote.
- Contract duration: 7 months initially, likely extension to 12-18 months.
- Payrate: $65/hr on W2.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with C# and Page Object Model.
- Create, manage, and execute test cases; maintain QA documentation.
- Utilize Zephyr and Jira for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and implement test planning, strategy, and reporting for functional, regression, end-to-end, and API testing.
- Serve as QA gatekeeper, providing sign-off for releases.
- Must have strong knowledge of QA processes and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Adapt to flexible scheduling, including supporting monthly evening releases (8 PM-11 PM ET), while maintaining a 40-hour work week.
- Provide two genuine professional references with LinkedIn profiles.
- Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
- Strong overall enterprise QA experience preferred.
- No H1B/CPT/OPT candidates.
