Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Technician II to provide advanced Tier 2/Tier 3 onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and network connectivity. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex hardware, software, authentication, and endpoint issues while managing service tickets, configuring devices, and administering user access. Responsibilities include computer imaging and deployment, software installation, patching, IT asset tracking, and support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise network connectivity. The technician will also support conference-room AV technologies, collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, and participate in site deployments, migrations, upgrades, and security initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Equivalent professional experience and technical training may be considered
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of iOS and Android devices
  • Experience with endpoint deployment, patching, software installation, and device management
  • Understanding of PC architecture, enterprise workstation configurations, and network troubleshooting
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to document technical procedures and provide knowledge transfer
