About the job

Duties:

Lead the design, development, maintenance, enhancement, and support of enterprise web

applications and services using C#, .NET Framework 4.5, ASP.NET MVC 4.5, VB.NET, Web

API, ADO.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server. Analyze business requirements, user stories,

enhancement requests, and production issues to prepare technical designs, impact analysis,

development estimates, and implementation approaches. Design, develop, and support ASP.NET

MVC application components, RESTful Web API services, backend modules, data access layers,

integration components, and database-driven application functionality. Develop and optimize

Microsoft SQL Server database objects including tables, stored procedures, views, functions,

triggers, indexes, and complex SQL queries to support application functionality and

performance. Provide technical leadership to development teams by guiding developers on

solution design, coding standards, database design, API development, debugging,

troubleshooting, unit testing, and implementation best practices. Review code developed by

junior and mid-level developers to ensure adherence to coding standards, object-oriented

programming principles, secure coding practices, performance guidelines, and maintainability

requirements. Coordinate with onsite clients, business users, product owners, business analysts,

onshore counterparts, offshore teams, QA teams, support teams, and infrastructure teams for

requirement clarification, delivery planning, defect resolution, release support, and production

issue resolution. Use Azure DevOps,GitLab CI CD, TFS, Git, Jira, and Agile/Scrum practices for

source control, branching, merging, pull requests, sprint planning, work item tracking, defect

tracking, build coordination, and release management. Support production releases, deployment

validation, post-release verification, application monitoring, root cause analysis, and resolution

of application, API, database, batch scheduling, and application server issues. Use Kibana, ELK,

Automic Scheduler, application server tools, and SQL Server migration processes to support log

analysis, batch job monitoring, production troubleshooting, server related support, and migration

validation activities.

Requirements:

Requires Bachelor s Degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer

Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Science or related field. Requires 5

years of experience in the job offered or as Sr. Software Engineer, Sr. Software Developer,

Technical Leader - Software, Module Lead, Team Lead - Software Development, Lead Software

Engineer, Analyst & Designer, Analyst, Associate IT Consultant. Requires experience in Azure

DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, TFS, Git, Jira, NUnit, Swagger, Agile/Scrum, Code Review, Defect

Tracking, Source Control, Release Management, Production Support, C#, .NET Framework 4.5,

ASP.NET MVC 4.5, VB.NET, Web API, ADO.NET, JSON, XML, Microsoft SQL Server,

RESTful API Development.

Job Requires relocation to unanticipated client locations throughout the US with Multiple

openings
