Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer to develop, customize, and support business applications using the Pega Platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Pega PRPC/Pega Platform.
- Create workflows, case management, and business rules.
- Configure Data Pages, Data Transforms, and Decision Tables.
- Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Provide production support and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and development teams.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong Pega development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC/Pega Platform.
- Knowledge of case management, workflows, and Pega rules.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Java.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification.
- Experience with Pega upgrades and integrations.
