Location: San Antonio, TX / Plano, TX
Job Description:
Technical Lead for Data Engineering with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake cloud data warehousing and modern ELT development using dbt (Core/Cloud). Must be proficient in advanced SQL, incremental/snapshot strategies, performance tuning, and cost optimization. Experience in designing scalable ELT pipelines, CI/CD implementation, orchestration integration, and automated data quality testing is essential. Strong knowledge of Git, DevOps deployment practices, cloud security, and mentoring offshore teams in an onsite-offshore model is required.
