Job Description:

  • Seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to lead the design, development, and automation of end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions.
  • This role requires a confident, self-driven technical leader who can mentor junior developers, drive complex projects independently, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will have advanced Power BI development experience, strong data modeling and documentation skills, and proficiency with GitHub and Python.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and ETL processes is preferred. Candidates should be proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of delivering scalable, high-impact business intelligence solutions.
  • This role leads design and automation of the end-to-end development cycle to create Power reports and dashboards.
  • The candidate will use expertise in Power BI, data integration, modeling, and analytics to build scalable business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Automate data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
  • Automate refreshes, monitoring, error handling, and data quality controls
  • Design, build, test, and support automated ETL pipelines for Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards.
  • Enable self-service analytics through scalable reporting solutions and reusable data assets.
  • Integrate and transform data from enterprise sources using reusable, scalable ingestion patterns.
  • Optimize Power BI data models and implement data quality, lineage, security, and governance controls.
  • Optimize semantic models, metadata, and business definitions to improve AI-driven analytics and natural language query experiences.
