Java Full Stack Developer/Application Architect
Location: Plano, TX-(5 days Onsite/week)

Job Summary:
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer and Application Architect with over 6 years of experience to design, build, and scale enterprise applications leveraging AI/ML/LLM technologies. This role owns the end-to-end architecture of cloud-native solutions, spanning backend services, frontend interfaces, data pipelines, and DevOps automation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and data science teams to deliver robust GenAI-powered applications that drive measurable business impact. This individual will play a key role in modernizing infrastructure, improving system reliability, and accelerating delivery through CI/CD and cloud-native practices.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop full-stack applications integrating AI/ML and GenAI capabilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Java, Python, and Spring
- Build RAG-based and LLM-driven solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS Bedrock
- Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React
- Design and manage relational database schemas and data models
- Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and ELK
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes
- Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture standards and best practices
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across cloud environments
- Mentor engineering teams on architecture decisions and emerging AI/ML technologies
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in full stack development and application architecture
- Strong proficiency in Java and Python
- Experience with relational databases (RDB)
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
- Experience with GenAI, LLM, and AI/ML technologies
- Experience with RAG architectures and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
- Proficiency in React for frontend development
- Experience with Kafka for messaging and streaming
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS Bedrock specifically
- Experience architecting enterprise-scale GenAI applications
- Strong background in cloud-native system design
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers
