JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, build, and operate secure, scalable platform services supporting FedRAMP High and IL5 environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD automation, and production reliability in regulated cloud environments.
<>Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain secure, highly available platform infrastructure on AWS.
- Build and automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Manage Kubernetes-based workloads and platform services.
- Improve system reliability, observability, monitoring, and incident response.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable platform solutions.
<>Required Skills
- 8+ years of SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with FedRAMP (preferred), AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, or Ruby.
- Experience with Linux, monitoring/alerting, automation, and production support.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred: Experience with GovCloud, DoD IL5, FIPS, vulnerability management, and regulated cloud environments.
