🚨 Hiring: Business Analyst - 3DEXPERIENCE PLM
📍 Location: Remote
💼 Employment: 6-Month Contract
✈️ Travel: Up to 10% / As Needed
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - 3DEXPERIENCE PLM to support PLM initiatives, platform implementations, business process improvements, and system enhancements.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE PLM
- Hands-on knowledge of ENOVIA, CATIA/SolidWorks, DELMIA
- Experience with PLM processes, EBOM/MBOM, BOM management, workflows, and data models
- Strong business requirements gathering, functional analysis, and process optimization skills
- Experience with PLM implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations
- Experience supporting SIT/UAT, functional testing, defect triage, and retesting
- Ability to develop test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and business validation
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar test/project management tools
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Power BI integrations is a plus
- Manufacturing, engineering, PLM, or product development experience preferred

Someone who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders, engineering, manufacturing, QA, and technical teams, while helping drive adoption and continuous improvement of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
