- Strong hands-on technical expertise in Java and modern AI tools.
- Work across architecture, prototyping, technical problem-solving, and implementation guidance.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
- Evaluate technical tradeoffs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure robust implementation.
- Collaborate with technology, product, operations, and business stakeholders.

- Strong proficiency in Java 17+.
- Strong knowledge of Java Concurrency, Lambda Expressions, and Functional Programming.
- Good experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Good proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, or similar databases.
- Experience with modern AI tools.
- Strong ability to prototype and provide implementation guidance.
