Position Overview
Seeking an experienced EHR Business Analyst to support EHR deployment, user adoption, go-live activities, workflow analysis, testing, and stabilization across healthcare environments.
Key Skills
• 7+ years EHR implementation/support in healthcare
• Oracle Health / Cerner - 3+ years
• Agile User Stories, Acceptance Criteria & Requirements
• Clinical, pharmaceutical & patient billing workflow analysis
• Gap Analysis & Process Mapping
• Functional, Integration, Regression & UAT Testing
• Healthcare user support, issue triage & troubleshooting
• Go-Live & onsite EHR rollout support
• Stakeholder workshops & cross-functional collaboration
• Visio, MS Office, Teams & SharePoint
• User manuals, job aids & training documentation
Preferred
• SQL / Oracle database experience
• Public health agency experience
• Agile / SDLC expertise
