- Hands-on experience orchestrating quality output from agentic coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, and corresponding experience establishing guardrails and verification frameworks to ensure what agents produce is accurate, safe, and secure.
- Must have business level English speaking skills to interface with clients
- Architect-level ownership of production backend systems that you designed and helped ship, and you still write code.
- Deep, recent experience with Java and Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Strong command of streaming I/O, concurrency, and large-file handling, plus the profiling skills (CPU, memory, disk, and network) to find real bottlenecks.
