Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and support key application features within a collaborative team environment.
• Design, build, test, and deliver web-based software components to meet customer needs.
• Work closely with team leads, analysts, quality assurance, architects, and fellow developers to enhance digital products.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Communicate technical requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support continuous integration and deployment processes and adhere to best practices in secure and scalable application development.
• Contribute to the creation of user experiences that support effective decision-making and customer satisfaction.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Present technical solutions and project updates to diverse audiences, including management and peers.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing web applications using Java (up to recent versions).
• Hands-on experience with Restful API development.
• Exposure to Angular or similar client-side frameworks.
• Strong critical thinking skills, growth mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
• Demonstrated ability to produce scalable, maintainable solutions with a long-term perspective.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design, RESTful services, secure coding practices, and test coverage.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with server-side frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Java EE.
• Familiarity with build and dependency management tools like Maven.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles, including continuous integration and deployment.
• Understanding of enterprise application architecture and orchestration frameworks.
• Client-side skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, HTML/CSS, RxJS, and NPM.
• AWS certification(s) or familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
