Job Title: AI & Automation / Copilot Studio Developer (2 Openings)
Location: Remote (must work Pacific Time hours)

About the Role
We're looking for two senior developers to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions for an insurance client, with a primary focus on Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development. You'll work closely with senior architects and platform teams to build intelligent agents, automate business processes, and integrate AI capabilities across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio development in a production environment, including building, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise agents
- 9+ years of Power Automate experience, including flows, approvals, error handling, and connectors
- Experience designing conversational experiences, topics, and workflows
- Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure services
- Experience connecting agents to enterprise data sources and knowledge repositories
- Experience building custom actions and orchestration workflows
- Experience with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI
- Experience testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing AI-driven solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation and AI solutions
Highly Preferred
- Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility experience
- Generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) implementation
- Microsoft Graph APIs and enterprise data integrations
- SharePoint Online integration
