Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Technical Lead with strong expertise in SAP CAPM, RAP, Fiori/UI5, and SAP S/4HANA extensibility. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using SAP CAPM and RAP.
- Build custom business applications, services, and APIs on SAP BTP.
- Develop CDS views, behavior definitions, and RAP business objects.
- Design and develop SAP Fiori/UI5 and Fiori Elements applications.
- Implement side-by-side extensions for SAP S/4HANA using SAP BTP.
- Develop and expose REST APIs and OData V2/V4 services.
- Integrate SAP and non-SAP applications using SAP Integration Suite.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
- Manage the complete solution delivery lifecycle, from technical design to deployment and support.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and code quality.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP.
- Expertise in SAP CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model).
- Strong knowledge of SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
- Proficiency in Node.js and/or Java.
- Experience with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Cloud and CDS views.
- Expertise in SAP Fiori Elements and SAPUI5.
- Strong knowledge of OData V2/V4 services and REST APIs.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA extensibility, including:
- Side-by-side extensions
- In-app extensions
- Key-user extensibility
- Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP applications using SAP Integration Suite.
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering end-to-end SAP BTP solutions in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba and related integration scenarios.
- Experience leading technical teams and ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.
