Job Description: Dynatrace Observability Engineer
Location: 100% Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Dynatrace tagging to assign clear ownership to all monitored assets.
- Develop and automate incident detection, alert routing, and response workflows using Dynatrace Workflows.
- Integrate Dynatrace alerts with ITSM platforms, particularly Freshservice.
- Improve incident management processes and reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
- Identify opportunities to improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response efficiency.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to improve overall observability.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace monitoring and observability.
- Experience implementing Dynatrace tagging and ownership models.
- Expertise in Dynatrace Workflows and automation.
- Experience with alert configuration, incident detection, and automated response.
- Knowledge of ITSM integrations, preferably Freshservice.
- Experience improving incident response processes and reducing MTTR.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
