Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) modules and components.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of IT project management experience in healthcare or state government.
- Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and governance.
- Vendor coordination and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Experience managing project milestones, critical paths, and deliverables.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Idaho state agency experience.
- State Medicaid / MMIS implementation experience.
- Change management, training, and rollout communications.
- Legacy system conversion and data migration.
- EDW, data aggregation, analytics, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation from planning through go-live and certification.
- Manage master schedules, risks, dependencies, vendors, and state teams.
- Coordinate testing, data conversion, implementation readiness, and deliverables.
- Provide status updates to management, department executives, and stakeholders.
