Job Description:
Amazon Redshift Production Support Engineer responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, performance tuning, incident management, and operational support of enterprise-scale Redshift data warehouse environments.The role involves ensuring platform stability, availability, security, and optimal performance while supporting business-critical analytics workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
· Administer Redshift clusters, including configuration, upgrades, resizing, and workload management.
· Perform query and cluster performance tuning.
· Manage backups, recovery, disaster recovery, and data restoration.
· Support data loading, ETL processes, and capacity planning.
· Maintain documentation and ensure SLA compliance.
