Position: SAP Transportation Management / ShipERP
Location: Remote
Job Description:
A ShipERP and SAP TM Functional Consultant analyzes logistics and supply chain processes, designs, configures, and implements SAP TM and ShipERP solutions to meet business requirements, and provides training and support to users. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, configuring the systems, integrating them with other SAP modules and external systems, developing process improvements, creating documentation, and resolving issues to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- To manages the overall ERP environment, including multiple modules and integrations.
- To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and optimization across the ERP system, aligning with business goals.
- To perform troubleshooting for complex technical issues at the ERP and database level.
- To stay updated on emerging ERP technology trends and transfer knowledge to the team members.
