Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Network Technician 2 to provide advanced onsite Tier 2/Tier 3 end-user and desktop support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows 11, computer hardware repair, device imaging and deployment, user access administration, and endpoint/network troubleshooting in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, authentication, endpoint, and user-impacting incidents through resolution.
- Configure computers, install operating systems, and perform device imaging and deployment.
- Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Okta, MFA, user accounts, email access, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
- Install approved software, drivers, operating-system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Repair or replace desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral components.
- Manage support tickets, document resolutions, and maintain hardware asset inventories.
- Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, conference-room systems, and audiovisual equipment.
- Collaborate with network, infrastructure, security, application teams, and vendors.
- Participate in site deployments, migrations, upgrades, and security initiatives.
- Document procedures, improve support processes, and share technical knowledge.
