We re Hiring: Director Food & Agri Business Transformation
Location: Midwest, USA
Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)
Experience: 15 20 Years
Key Requirements:
15 20 years of overall professional experience.
Recent experience with a leading consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent), advising clients in the Food & Agribusiness sector.
Approximately 5 years of industry/operational experience in Food & Agribusiness.
Strong expertise in one or more sectors: Agri Commodities, Food Ingredients, Dairy, Animal Protein, Food Wholesale & Retail, or CPG.
Proven experience in client engagement leadership, business development, revenue generation, and P&L-linked KPIs.
Ability to lead complex transformation initiatives and engage with C-suite stakeholders.
Strong strategic advisory, team leadership, and practice-building capabilities.
Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred.
Ideal Candidate: A strategic leader with a blend of industry expertise and top-tier consulting experience who can drive client success and accelerate business growth.
