Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Epic Systems Analyst with hands-on Epic Payer Platform experience to configure, implement, maintain, and support Epic applications. The candidate will be responsible for business analysis, workflow optimization, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and project management.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on Epic Payer Platform experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant healthcare industry experience.
- 5-7+ years of Epic systems administration experience.
- Epic certification/accreditation required.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Epic Payer Platform certification in Core, Member Experience, or Tapestry.
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Epic Payer solutions.
- Healthcare insurance industry experience.
