Epic Cupid Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Cupid, the cardiology module within Epic. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting cardiology workflows, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Epic Cupid applications to support cardiology workflows.
- Support cardiology-related clinical processes, including diagnostic testing and cardiac procedures.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, IT staff, and other Epic analysts to improve workflows.
- Provide end-user training and production support.
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, documentation, and implementations.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Epic Cupid or cardiology information systems.
- Understanding of cardiology clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems.
- Knowledge of application configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Epic Cupid certification is preferred.
