Role: Scrum Master
Location: Coppell TX / Jersey City NJ / Tampa FL
Duration: Longterm
- Lead and timebox key Scrum events, including the Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Identify, track, and eliminate blockers or distractions that slow down the team's progress.
- Educate the Scrum Team, Product Owner, and organization on Agile values, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
- Shield team members from external interruptions, scope creep, and unhelpful interference.
- Assist with Product Backlog management, backlog refinement, and defining clear goals.
- Monitor performance indicators like sprint velocity, BURNDOWN charts, and continuous improvement goals
