Job Title: SAP Delivery Manager

Duration: 3-4 month contract to Full-Time conversion

Description: We are seeking an SAP Delivery Manager to oversee ongoing SAP application support and multiple concurrent projects for an established medical technology organization. This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring someone who can manage complex delivery operations, build strong executive relationships, and proactively identify opportunities to expand services within the account.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee SAP Application Management Services (AMS), ongoing support operations, and multiple concurrent SAP projects.
• Manage offshore delivery teams, including resource allocation, support tickets, escalations, and project timelines.
• Coordinate initiatives involving SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, IBP, and APO-related capabilities.
• Develop strong relationships with senior client leadership, including the CTO.
• Proactively identify, pursue, and help secure new projects and opportunities to expand services within the existing account.

Required kills:

• SAP Delivery Management experience across both AMS/support and implementations.
• Experience managing offshore teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven ability to grow existing client accounts by identifying and winning additional project work.
• Strong executive relationship management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Proactive, outgoing personality, comfortable managing demanding clients and driving new business opportunities.
• SAP consulting or IT services delivery background.
