About the job
As our Oracle Fusion & Integration Testing Lead, you'll own the testing strategy for Project Premiere, our global Oracle transformation across ERP, SCM, HCM and EPM. You'll be the person who can say, with evidence, whether Oracle and the systems around it are ready for go-live, and who keeps that standard in place for every release after it.
This is a hands-on role with no direct reports and a lot of reach. You'll write and review scenarios, run tests yourself, chase down root causes and push the System Integrator on coverage, while functional teams keep module-level testing and business owners keep final acceptance. You'll work directly with our VP of Transformation and VP of Enterprise Applications, and with Finance, HR, Procurement, Technology, Security and Controls teams across a multi-country cinema business. If you've been an Oracle Fusion Test Lead, ERP Test Manager or Enterprise Applications QA Lead and want to stay with one program through go-live and beyond, we'd love to hear from you.
Applicants must already have permanent work authorization in the United States or United Kingdom.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end testing strategy for Project Premiere, setting standards, governance, entry and exit criteria, and one consistent test plan across every workstream
- Own System Integration Testing (SIT) across Oracle Fusion modules, integrations, workflows, security roles and reporting, and review and challenge the System Integrator's scenarios and coverage
- Write scenarios and scripts, run end-to-end and exception tests yourself, and investigate failures to separate configuration, integration, data, process and user issues
- Coordinate data conversion reconciliation, security and access testing, and non-functional testing such as performance, volume, batch and interface recovery, with a named owner and evidence for each
- Plan UAT with business process owners and run defect triage in Jira with the SI and Technology teams, taking each defect from discovery through retest and closure
- Prepare environments and test data with Technology, and give leadership an objective readiness view against agreed exit criteria
- After go-live, build the regression and release testing model for Oracle quarterly updates and evaluate automation tools to grow coverage over time
Rewards You'll Love
- Remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US or UK, no travel required
- 401(k) program with a company match
- Medical, vision, dental, and other insurance coverage for you and your family
- Paid Vacation, Sick, and Parental leave
- 12 Paid Holidays each year and half-day Fridays in the summer months
- 17 free movie tickets monthly and 50% off most concessions at Regal theatres
You Should Apply If
- You've led testing on a large Oracle Fusion Cloud (or comparable ERP/HCM) implementation and still write scripts, run tests and investigate issues yourself
- You've built test strategy, plans, scripts, traceability and entry and exit criteria for programs spanning Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and HR
- You've managed the full defect lifecycle in Jira or a similar tool, from triage and prioritization through retest and closure
- You understand how business processes flow across modules and external systems, and you test exception and recovery paths along with the happy path
- You've coordinated data conversion reconciliation, security and access testing, or performance and volume testing with specialist owners
- You can tell leadership in business terms whether a program is ready to go live, and back it with evidence
- You are authorized to work in either the United States or United Kingdom without current or future visa sponsorship
