Enterprise Application Engineer (.Net C# / Java) - 3583703

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Enterprise Application Engineer (.Net, C#, Java) position! This is a 6+ months contract and will be remote in United States.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and develop new applications and enhancements for the Digital Banking Payments platform using .Net, C#, and Java
• Build and ship features in an Agile Scrum environment working alongside a team of 5-6 developers
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and drive solutions that leverage modern cloud technologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Lead and mentor less experienced engineers on complex projects, coordinating development tasks and monitoring deliverables
• Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technically sound solutions
• Complete systems analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging for complex financial applications
• Prepare and manage technical project plans, specifications, and documentation for development initiatives
• Maintain and optimize applications in Openshift environments with MS SQL Server databases
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and processes to improve application effectiveness and delivery speed
• Support production systems and resolve technical issues requiring advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

What You'll Need to Have:

• 5+ years of systems analysis and application development experience with strong .Net and C# expertise
• Solid Java development skills with ability to work across polyglot codebases
• Proven experience with Openshift, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Strong proficiency with MS SQL Server and relational database design
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams delivering production software on iterative timelines
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Banking or financial services background with knowledge of payment systems strongly preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Pay Range: $65 - $70+/hr
