Help Desk Support Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking a Help Desk Support Analyst to provide day-to-day technical support in a professional environment. This Los Angeles, California-based role will troubleshoot user issues, manage support requests, and help ensure employees have reliable access to the technology they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve end-user hardware, software, and access issues.
• Manage support requests through an established ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot desktop applications, operating systems, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when needed.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
• Assist with software testing, workstation support, and general IT projects.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to users across the organization.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop, help desk, or end-user support experience.
• Strong experience supporting Windows and Microsoft productivity applications.
• Experience troubleshooting computers, applications, printers, and basic connectivity issues.
• Working knowledge of user account, email, and access administration.
• Experience working within a structured ticketing environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and provide effective support in a fast-paced professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience supporting users within a professional services environment.
• Familiarity with document management or other business productivity applications.
• Experience supporting mobile devices and common workplace technologies.
