In this fully remote position, you will drive continuous improvement, partnering directly with business leaders and engineering teams to build and optimize critical CRM workflows. responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary internal owner for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform ecosystem, managing daily administration, user setups, and security roles.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable system configurations, developing custom model-driven apps, business process flows, and Power Automate solutions.
  • Write and maintain custom system extensions utilizing JavaScript, C# plugins, and Dataverse Web APIs to enhance core platform capabilities.
  • Oversee bidirectional data integrations between the CRM and enterprise applications, actively monitoring data quality and troubleshooting synchronization failures.
  • Lead application lifecycle management, coordinating seamless deployments and solution releases across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Act as the definitive escalation point for intricate system roadblocks, conducting root-cause analysis and clearly communicating resolution paths to non-technical stakeholders.

qualifications:

Must-Haves:

5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM administration, development, and production support.

Deep functional and technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Automate.

Proven ability to develop server-side and client-side CRM customizations using C#, JavaScript, and REST/Dataverse Web APIs.

Demonstrated background in system integrations, complex data synchronization, and managing structured deployments across multiple environments.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to independently translate ambiguous production issues into actionable technical solutions.

Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset, capable of bridging the gap between technical constraints and business needs.

A secure remote workspace with a hardwired ethernet connection, residing in an approved US state.

Nice-to-Haves:

Familiarity with Azure integration tools such as Azure Data Factory, alongside SQL and Power BI.

Experience utilizing Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or dedicated Power Platform ALM tooling.

Active Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.

A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical training.
