Title: Senior Genesys & API Integration Developer

Location: 4 days a week from footprints

Duration: 6+ months contract - Might extend or convert to FT

Job Description

The client is seeking a Senior Genesys & API Integration Developer to design, develop, and support Contact Center integrations and Agentic AI capabilities across their enterprise ecosystem. This position focuses on building APIs, middleware integrations, customer servicing workflows, telephony integrations, and AI enablement to support next-generation customer experiences.

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of Genesys Cloud development experience (Call flows, inbound routing, IVR, SIP)
• Strong API development experience (REST, JSON, OAuth)
• Backend tech stack: C#, .NET, Java, Node.js
• Azure Integration Services
• Experience with AI platforms / LLM-based integrations (e.g., Sierra, Decagon)
• Knowledge of contact center telephony, SIP, and DevOps/CI-CD practices

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure Genesys Cloud call flows, inbound routing, and IVR experiences
• Build intelligent call allocation, escalation logic, and voice bot integrations
• Design and develop REST APIs, integration services, and secure API gateways
• Integrate AI platforms with client systems supporting authentication, card lock/unlock, replacement card ordering, transaction review, and dispute initiation
• Participate in deployment planning, production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

Qualifications and Certifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Proven enterprise-level experience handling regulated financial/banking data with high security standards
