Role Summary
Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant to support the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 solutions. The consultant will work closely with functional leads, HR stakeholders, and project teams to deliver scalable onboarding processes that enhance the new hire experience and meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
- Experience implementing and configuring Onboarding 2.0 in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and HR business processes.
- Experience with onboarding templates, business rules, workflows, permissions, and document management.
- Knowledge of integrations between SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
