Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote in Rockville, MD
Our client seeks a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of user experience products from discovery through delivery and iteration. The role partners with Technology and Business stakeholders to shape product vision, build strategic roadmaps, and drive development priorities that deliver measurable outcomes. Operating at the intersection of Engineering, Business, and cross-functional teams, this role ensures the right problems are solved, commitments are met, and users are empowered.

Rate: $58.00 to $62.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineering and UX Design to deliver user-centered products that solve business problems and create user experiences.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap. Contribute to budgeting and business case development.
- Own the product backlog and prioritize based on business impact, user value, and effort. Make informed tradeoff decisions.
- Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements that articulate desired outcomes.
- Guide cross-functional teams through development, remove obstacles, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Drive continuous improvement through user research, usability testing, and sentiment analysis, turning insights into action.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of converting ambiguity into plans.
- Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence without authority and build alignment.
- Judgment in navigating competing priorities, tradeoffs, and stakeholder disagreements.
- Ability to build productive working relationships that elevate deliverable quality.
- Proficiency in technical business writing, including functional requirements, workflows, use cases, and process documentation.
- Organized with a bias toward action and comfort managing multiple workstreams.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
