Experience - 8 - 10 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting, troubleshooting, operating, and maintaining:
- Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL)
- Airport visual docking guidance systems
- Passenger boarding bridge systems
- Apron Management Systems
- CCTV
- Access Control Systems (ACS)
- Physical security information management systems
- Airport operations control systems
- Data center equipment
- Lead and participate in triage activities during downtime with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working collaboratively with other teams.
- Provide incident management and analysis reports.
- Good knowledge of integrated technical management systems.
- Maintain and create documentation for training purposes.
- Maintain and create SOPs and checklists as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
