A New York City education network is seeking an AV Technician to provide white-glove audiovisual support for executive leadership and enterprise meetings.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Provide white-glove AV support to executive leadership and support staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, peripherals, and AV systems
- Support AV setup and execution for executive-level meetings and events
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to address more complex AV needs
- Identify opportunities to improve AV processes, tools, and support workflows
Qualifications:
- 7+ year of AV experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience with AV system setup and support
- Experience with Dante audio systems
- Background in technical support
- Experience with vendor management
- Strong problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- AV certification
- Experience supporting Polycom, Crestron, Zoom, or Cisco environments
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot or Gemini
