Experience: 5-8 Years
Must Have:
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional specifications.
- Excellent data analysis and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of the Fraud domain, particularly enterprise-level fraud detection and prevention solutions.
- Proven experience leading and delivering AI-based projects.
- Ability to identify risks, assess business impact, and support system implementations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
