Catia Data Management (junior level)
• Looking for highly motivated professional with 4 to 5 years of experience to support the management, validation, and release of mechanical design data within a manufacturing engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain 2D and 3D CAD data in CATIA V5, along with supporting engineering documentation, including drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and spare parts lists.
• Review and process Body-in-White (BIW) welding fixture design data received from multiple vendors.
• Validate 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and spare parts documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to release.
• Integrate approved data into designated CAD systems, PLM repositories, and storage locations within the client network.
• Track design releases, revisions, and engineering deliverables using SmartSheet and other project management tools.
Required Qualifications:
• Strong experience in BIW welding fixture design and detailing.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 for 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
• Experience reviewing engineering documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and spare parts lists.
• Ability to manage, organize, and track large volumes of engineering data.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing layouts and tooling integration.
• Experience with DELMIA would be an added advantage.
Catia Data Management (Senior level)
• Looking for highly motivated professional with more than 7 years of experience to support the management, validation, and release of mechanical design data within a manufacturing engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain 2D and 3D CAD data in CATIA V5, along with supporting engineering documentation, including drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and spare parts lists.
• Review and process Body-in-White (BIW) welding fixture design data received from multiple vendors.
• Validate accuracy of the digital data with the actual tools on the floor.
• Validate 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and spare parts documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to release.
• Integrate approved data into designated CAD systems, PLM repositories, and storage locations within the client network.
• Track design releases, revisions, and engineering deliverables using SmartSheet and other project management tools.
• Guide, train and assign jobs to team members
