Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Tester 2 to join a PMO-focused testing team. The role involves creating test models, executing product and release-control tests, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support release processes. Strong communication, time management, and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential.
Key Responsibilities (paraphrased for clarity):
- Create test models (plans, data, scripts) for product testing and release control
- Plan, execute, and document assembly/product tests and ensure test environments are controlled
- Define test plans and acceptance criteria; resolve testing issues
- Monitor and report status, manage time estimates, and support release installation procedures
- Collaborate with team leads; stay current with industry developments and apply best practices
Top Technical Skills:
- Agile methodology experience (3+ years) and familiarity with Agile toolsets (GIT, Azure)
- Data analysis for enterprise applications (3+ years) including understanding data element relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Requirements analysis (functional and non-functional) and test planning/criteria definition
- Version control experience (GIT or similar)
