Overview
This role involves overseeing well management activities, working closely with operations to ensure well integrity and performance. You'll bring your practical expertise to a leading organization committed to responsible and efficient resource development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support well operations, with a focus on workover and completions activities.
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve well-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of well interventions and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of well activities and performance metrics.
- Support on-call duties as needed to address urgent operational needs.
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience working directly for an Operator (e.g., PNR, EOG, OXY, Diamondback, Endeavor, Permian).
- Hands-on wellwork experience in workover and completions (not drilling or frac).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-call environment.
- Strong understanding of well operations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Prior experience in the Permian Basin.
- Familiarity with well management software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7AM-5PM, with on-call availability as needed.
