Summary/Objective

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.

Essential Functions

  • Generate Configuration and Data Management requirements for Statements of Work or Performance Work Statements for all life cycle phases, verifying all deliverables have CDRLs called out. Prepare Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), DD Form 1423 and support other functional discipline CDRL preparation, coordination and consolidation. Prepare CRP Document Summary Lists (DSL) for Contract packages. Prepare and transmit/upload drawings, parts list and other document to the Engineering Data Information Server (EDIS) Repository after release and /or baseline is completed.
  • Provide support throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including but not limited to requirements development, production, sustainment or logistics activities.
  • Receive and prepare contractor data and deliverables using the Management Information System and maintain records of approvals and disapprovals for each delivery.
  • Review and coordinate approval or disapproval recommendations on contract deliverables for contract adherence, including CDRLs, Statements of Work, Technical Data Packages, Engineering Change Proposals, and Requests for Change, Deviation, or Waiver, while participating in Integrated Product Team and Working Group meetings.
  • Support Product Office data management tasks and provide data management, reporting, analysis, and problem resolution.
  • Work as a team member or under guidance of project/program leader to offer project solutions.
  • Work with senior members to analyze operations, procedures, process improvements and provide recommendations.

Required Education and Experience

  • Master's Degree and 4 years' experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years' experience
  • Associate Degree and 7 years' experience
  • High School/GED and 9 years' experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DoD or U.S. Army acquisition programs, including familiarity with CDRLs, DD Form 1423, and configuration/data management practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review contract deliverables, evaluate processes, and develop clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Proficiency using data management or government information systems to track, process, and maintain technical and programmatic documentation.
