Job Summary:

The Electrical Engineer will provide comprehensive electrical engineering services to support the design and delivery of construction projects for a diverse range of clients. This role involves leading design efforts, preparing detailed construction documents, and coordinating closely with architects, owners, and other project stakeholders to ensure high-quality and efficient electrical systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design effort on large and small projects.
  • Handle design schedules and work with team members.
  • Interact and work directly with Architects and Owners.
  • Conduct preliminary evaluations.
  • Prepare various reports and meeting minutes.
  • Produce design documents (drawings and specifications).
  • Willingness to travel for projects nationally and internationally.
  • Design review to assure adherence to applicable codes, company standards and project requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering with PE Registration.
  • Minimum 5 years' of experience in Electrical Design including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, grounding, coordination/arc flash studies
  • Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
  • Strong knowledge of Building Codes, Applicable NFPA Codes and Energy Codes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and balance multiple projects.

Compensation & Benefits:

Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
