Project description

We are looking for curious and analytical Graduate Engineers to join our Field Performance Trials team.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of software, connected products, consumer insights, and product performance. You will help evaluate products in real-world environments, analyze product data, investigate issues, support consumer trials, and generate insights that influence future product development.

You will work closely with engineers, data analysts, product teams, and regional stakeholders to improve product performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Product & Trial Support

Support execution of consumer and field performance trials.

Assist with participant onboarding and issue triage.

Monitor product performance during trials.

Track and investigate customer-reported issues.

Data Analytics & Insights

Analyze product usage and trial data to identify trends and patterns.

Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings.

Generate actionable insights from consumer feedback and product data.

Support root cause investigations using data-driven approaches.

Software & Connected Products

Collect and analyze diagnostic logs from connected products.

Support software and firmware validation activities.

Investigate software-related issues observed during trials.

Assist in reproducing and documenting defects.

AI & Automation

Explore opportunities to automate data analysis and reporting.

Support development of scripts and tools to improve team efficiency.

Apply AI and data science techniques to improve insight generation.

Skills

Must have

Technical

Programming experience in Python, SQL, or similar languages is preferable.

Understanding of software development fundamentals.

Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools(e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) is desirable.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Analytical

Ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights.

Structured and logical thinking.

Strong attention to detail.

Communication

Ability to communicate technical findings clearly.

Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
