Database & Monitoring Management: Implement robust database management strategies (relational and NoSQL), alongside comprehensive monitoring, logging, and performance optimization frameworks.

Reliability & Scalability: Build and maintain scalable backend architectures and distributed systems capable of supporting intensive AI/ML workloads.

Automation, CI/CD & Collaboration

Deployment Pipelines: Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, deployment automation, and operational scripting.

Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to establish best practices, maintain strict security and compliance standards, and drive project success.

Troubleshooting: Actively diagnose and resolve intricate backend, database, and pipeline issues while staying current with emerging AI and automation technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or an equivalent combination of education and progressive professional experience).

Technical Mastery:

oStrong programming skills in Python, with complementary experience in JavaScript, C, and C++.

oHands-on professional experience developing AI/ML applications, backend tooling, and automation pipelines.

oHigh proficiency with SQL and NoSQL database technologies for data modeling and backend integration.

oSolid familiarity with CI/CD deployment automation, version control, and scripting.

oDeep understanding of backend architectures, distributed systems, and performance optimization techniques.

Core Competencies: Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills; strong verbal and written communication abilities; proven capability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Attributes

Direct experience leading engineering teams or guiding technical roadmaps for data-intensive platforms.

Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
