Senior IT Support Analyst (Global Support Services)
Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused, technical, and proactive Senior IT Support Analyst to join our collaborative Global Support Services team. In this role, you will partner directly with internal business users to provide critical desktop and infrastructure support, ensuring seamless operations across our office network. You will manage incoming service requests through our enterprise ticketing system, diagnose hardware and software issues, perform PC deployments and imaging, and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed.
This is a dynamic IT support role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a passion for troubleshooting and technical innovation. You will have the opportunity to engage in individual project work, support office expansions, and contribute to continuous service improvements. Key Responsibilities
Desktop Support & Incident Management
ServiceDesk Operations: Resolve IT support requests, incidents, and trouble tickets utilizing our ServiceNow ticketing management system; diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
Hardware Lifecycle & Deployment: Execute desktop hardware configurations, physical upgrades, system imaging, and PC deployments for new hires and hardware refreshes.
Software Provisioning: Install, configure, and maintain standard desktop software packages and productivity tools across the enterprise environment.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise directly with third-party maintenance engineers and hardware vendors to resolve escalated warranty or repair issues.
Project Work & Emergency Response
Continuous Innovation: Undertake individual IT project work, automation tasks, and innovation initiatives to streamline internal support workflows.
Emergency Support & Travel: Participate in on-call rotations or emergency response duties outside of normal business hours when required; undertake occasional business travel to support regional or remote office locations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Certification: CompTIA A+ Certification is strictly required.
Experience Baseline: Proven professional experience in a hands-on IT support role involving extensive remote and in-person customer service.
Technical Mastery:
oFull, working understanding of enterprise Windows Environments.
oExtensive experience supporting and troubleshooting the Microsoft Office Suite.
oPractical familiarity with ticketing management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
Requirements & Mobility:
oAbility to travel as needed to support various office locations.
oMust be able to successfully pass a motor vehicle driving record review.
Core Competencies: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; strong talent for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment; analytical problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Attributes
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Advanced experience administering enterprise ticketing systems and mobile device management (MDM) tools.
