Role : Senior .NET Lead Developer - Auto Finance
Location: Torrance, CA - Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite per Week
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Expertise in .NET Core Web API using MVC Core.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining .NET Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with .NET WCF, Remoting, WCF Services, and Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Good understanding of N-tier architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with .NET Framework.
- AWS integration experience.
- Salesforce integration experience.
- Knowledge of WCF and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise .NET applications.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and WCF services.
- Coordinate with offshore and distributed development teams across time zones.
- Review code and ensure compliance with coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
- Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Torrance, CA, with 4 days onsite per week.
