Location: Torrance, CA
Work Mode: Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Lead Developer with strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, Microservices, WCF, and SQL Server. The candidate will lead application development, guide offshore development teams, and work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.
Experience in Auto Finance, Banking, Lending, or Financial Services is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise .NET applications.
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, and MVC.
- Design, develop, and maintain .NET Microservices and web service integrations.
- Work with WCF services, remoting, and other web service technologies.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database operations.
- Lead and coordinate offshore development teams across different time zones.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues, debug code, and support production releases.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
- Mentor junior developers and maintain technical documentation.
- Use Git and CI/CD pipelines to support version control and deployment processes.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in C# and .NET Core.
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API using MVC Core.
- Experience developing and supporting .NET Microservices.
- Strong knowledge of .NET WCF, WCF Services, Web Services, and Remoting.
- Strong experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of N-tier architecture, design patterns, and application troubleshooting.
- Experience leading offshore or distributed development teams.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with .NET Framework.
- AWS integration experience.
- Salesforce integration experience.
- Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Experience in Auto Finance, Banking, Lending, or Financial Services.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on technical lead with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing development activities across onsite and offshore teams.
Work Location Requirement: Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Torrance, CA, four days per week.
