Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tanium Developer with strong expertise in endpoint management, automation, patch management, and endpoint security. Experience in the Utilities domain, including electric, gas, or water utility environments, is highly desirable. Familiarity with IS Plus is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Tanium Sensors, Packages, Saved Questions, and Actions.
- Configure and support Tanium modules such as Asset, Deploy, Patch, Comply, and Interact.
- Automate endpoint management activities using PowerShell and Python.
- Support endpoint compliance, vulnerability remediation, patching, and security operations.
- Work with IT infrastructure and endpoint environments in the Utilities domain.
- Support integrations with enterprise IT systems and monitoring platforms.
- Troubleshoot Tanium client and endpoint issues and document resolutions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with the Tanium platform and its core modules.
- Strong experience with endpoint management and Windows environments.
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- Knowledge of patch management, vulnerability management, and endpoint compliance.
- Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and security best practices.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Utilities industry, including electricity, gas, or water services.
- Familiarity with IS Plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow, REST APIs, SCCM/MECM, or similar enterprise tools.
- Tanium certifications are a plus.
