Job Summary:
We are seeking multiple SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developers to join our team and support the development, enhancement, and integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions in a complex enterprise identity environment.
The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ development, Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL, along with experience developing custom plug-ins and integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications through SOAP and REST APIs.
The scope of work may evolve based on the skills and expertise of the selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and enhance SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom SailPoint IIQ components, workflows, rules, and configurations.
- Build and maintain custom SailPoint plug-ins.
- Develop integrations between SailPoint and enterprise applications using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Work with SailPoint APIs, connectors, workflows, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and application requirements.
- Develop solutions using Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint application and integration issues.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in testing, validation, code reviews, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other development groups.
- Work within an Agile development environment and follow established version-control practices.

## Preferred Qualifications
- SailPoint IdentityIQ certification is highly preferred and will significantly strengthen a candidate's profile.
- Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
- Experience working with Jira.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise identity environments.
- Bachelor's degree is not required; relevant hands-on experience is preferred.
## Additional Technical Details
- Current environment is running SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.4.
- Experience with future SailPoint upgrades is a plus.
- Environment includes 2,000+ applications integrated with SailPoint.
- Developers will be expected to build SOAP and REST API integrations from scratch.
- At least 1-2 hires should ideally have experience implementing Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
- Interview process will be highly technical and may include code review and live code-sharing exercises.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on SailPoint IIQ Developer who can independently develop and customize SailPoint solutions, create custom plug-ins, build integrations from scratch, write SQL queries, and troubleshoot complex identity and access management requirements in a large-scale enterprise environment.
